Every collection includes a professional portrait set (not a photo booth), studio lighting, posing direction, an attendant team, and on-site printing so guests leave with a beautiful physical print the same night.
How does on-site event portrait printing work?
We photograph guests, select the strongest frames, and print in real time at the event. Prints are produced on professional-grade paper and presented immediately—ideal for weddings, private parties, and brand events.
Do you offer digital files as well as prints?
Yes. Print-focused coverage is the signature, and digital options are available depending on your collection. We’ll confirm exactly what’s included—prints, galleries, and any upgrades—before you book.
How many portraits can you photograph in an hour?
It depends on guest flow and whether you want couples, groups, or both. As a planning range, we’ll share a realistic hourly estimate after we learn your guest count and event timeline.
What do you need from our venue to set up?
A modest footprint, access to power, and a spot that’s easy for guests to find—often near cocktail hour or the reception entry. We coordinate load-in timing and layout with your planner or venue team.
How do we reserve our date, and what’s the payment schedule?
To secure your date, we’ll send a proposal and contract along with a retainer. The remaining balance is typically due closer to the event date, with the schedule outlined clearly in your booking details.
