The Portrait Lounge isn’t a traditional photo booth. We create studio-lit, editorial portraits with a professional photographer directing each guest. Images are crafted to look timeless and elevated, and guests receive beautiful physical prints produced on-site—more like a magazine portrait set than a booth.

Bookings are tailored, but most include our portrait set (lighting + backdrop), a lead photographer, a polished guest flow, on-site print production, and a curated gallery after the event. We’ll recommend the right coverage based on guest count, schedule, and the kind of experience you want.

We’re designed to integrate seamlessly into luxury venues. We typically need a modest footprint for the set plus a nearby area for printing, and access to standard power. During planning we’ll confirm exact requirements and coordinate with your venue or planner for a smooth load-in and setup.

Prints are produced on-site, so guests don’t wait weeks. In most events, guests receive their finished print shortly after their portrait—timing varies slightly with volume, but we keep the line moving and the experience refined, never rushed.

Yes. We’ll guide backdrop and lighting choices to complement your palette and overall design—classic black-and-white, warm neutrals, or a more fashion-forward look. The goal is cohesion with your event style, while keeping the portraits timeless and editorial.
